Rental Conditions

To complete the reservation the client must pay a deposit of 25% of the total rental amount due, the remaning ammount due, shall be paid the day of the contract signature in cash or credit card or by bank transfer, this transfer has to be done one week before the day of arrival.

In case of cancellation, the amount paid for this concept will be refunded by NOOR GESTION DE PROPIEDADES S.L. up to 30 calendar days prior to arrival.

Once over the period of 30 calendar days prior to arrival date, no further amount will be refunded.

The cancellation request must be done via email to the address npm@npmallorca.com facilitating the account number where the money must be refunded.This refundwill take no longer than 48 hours, bank-holidays excluded.

The refund of the amounts paid for the reservation such as management costs(bank charges, fees, expenses, Exchange rates, etc ...) will be paid by the customer.

If a cancellation occurs after the period of 30 calendar days prior to the reservation date , the tenant will have inform NOOR GESTION DE PROPIEDADES S.L. even though they are not entitled to a refund, so that the organisation can offer the property to other clients interested.

In the event the tenant, not having previously reported the cancellation of the reservation, is not present on the date of entry, he must also pay the full amount specified.

If the guest had to cancel his reservation due to force majeure or caused by COVID-19, he would be reimbursed 100% of the amount paid up to 1 day before arrival.

In the event that NOOR GESTION DE PROPIEDADES S.L. was forced to cancel a reservation for reasons beyond its control, commits to provide alternative accommodation to the TENANT with similar features and price, provided that there is availability for this, or to refund the full amount of the deposit without any cost or administrative positions for the tenant.

CAUSES OF FORCE MAJEURE:

Changes in Government Requirements Regarding Travel.

Declared emergencies and epidemics.

Government restrictions on travel.

Military actions and other conflicts.

Natural disasters.
